POLY PLUS™ PREMIUM 3-STRAND
TWISTED COMBINATION ROPE With its distinctive two red tracers Poly Plus™ is the most well
known combination rope on the market. A firm lay poly-dac with high
tenacity polyester wrapped over a polyolefin core providing good
abrasion resistance and strength.

STARLINE® PREMIUM CO-POLYMER
COMBINATION ROPE (available
in 3-STRAND TWISTED and 8-BRAID) Starline® is designed for the customer who chooses poly-dac ropes
for lightweight handling and superior abrasion resistance, but
requires a higher tensile strength than the standard polyester over
polypropylene construction. Starline® utilizes the intricately
balanced composite-strand construction, characteristic of Orion’s
“Extra-Lene” products. The strand cover of 100% plied polyester
insures a long work life. The strand core of 100% high modulus
co-polymer, rather than polypropylene, results in significantly
higher tenacities than traditional composite ropes. In fact,
Starline® is an average of 22% stronger than poly-dac rope of
equivalent diameter and polyester content. The 1/2" through 3/4"
diameters are manufactured using veneered yarn construction.
Starline® is a light and easy handling rope, but has strength and
elongation characteristics approaching that of pure polyester. One
single blue tracer in a single strand.

| EXTRALENE® COMBINATION ROPE (available in 3-STRAND TWISTED and 8-BRAID) A composite rope poly-dac rope with a polyester cover over a
polypropylene core. Extra-lene combines the superior abrasion
resistance of polyester with the economy of polypropylene.
White with one orange tracer in diameters up to 3/4". Two
orange tracers in diameters above 3/4".

| PRODAC® COMBINATION ROPE (available
in 3-STRAND TWISTED and 8-BRAID) A value composite rope with an abrasion resistant polyester cover
over a polypropylene core. White with one black tracer in diameters
up to 3/4". Two black tracers in diameters above 3/4".

| LOCKMAN® 3-STRAND TWISTED LOCKLINE
Designed for lighter locking, Lockman is manufactured with composite
spun polyester over a strand core of monofilament polypropylene. The
lay of the rope is medium-soft to optimize tensile strength. The
fuzzy softness of polyester cover yarns serves to diffuse heat
buildup and offers excellent abrasion resistance. White, no tracer. |

| LUBELOCK® 3-STRAND TWISTED LOCKLINE Designed for medium and heavy locking, Each strand has a composite
spun polyester cover over a lubricated core of high tenacity SuperPro® co-polymer. As tension is applied to the rope the
lubrication migrates to the strand surface, decreasing fiber on
fiber friction resulting in less heat buildup. Lubelock® is
engineered to have all the right stuff: balance, tenacity, long
working life, and ease of use. White with two blue tracers. |
